I have called and figured this out for everyone looking for more work: This is the address you should send a letter to if you want to be able to do work for "Kindercare" (they have tons of locations all over) Flat work, roof cleaning etc... They have a system where you have to get 'approved' by corporate before they will talk to you about working for them.
On your letter You have to simply list what you do, experience, references (or your website if it has that sort of stuff on it), and the range of what you charge.
Check out their website to see how many buildings they have in your locale.
