What should I quote on a front entrance and sidewalk of a large K-mart store?
I faxed the facility manger a price of 8 cents per square foot.
He would like all the glass cleaned that surrounds the entrance. (something we have not done before) How much would I quote him for the glass?
If anyone is pressure washing a K-mart store or something similar to one and can give me a price on what they charge it would be very helpful.

The pricing all depends. It depends on your area, how much there is to be cleaned, and frequencies. I usually figure mine wiht a demarrage price and then a flate square foot price. For around 100o feet it works out to 10.5 cents a foot. I can do that in about 20 minutes roll out to roll up. For 300 ft it works out to closer to 30 cents a foot.
As for windows, The window guys get $1.50 a pane side here. So, that is what I go with.
