Legacy 6.3gpm 3500 psi pump

I'm looking for a pump to pair with a 22hp engine. I've come across this pump Legacy ttv-3563, but is says it can be turned at 1450 rpm or 1750 rpm. What is the gpm at each speed?
 
What I really want is a dual speed pump, capable of 3500 psi and between 5.5 and 6.5 gpm at 1450 rpm, and more GPM when I speed up the pump to 1750 rpm with a different pulley for soft washing. And the icing on the cake would be some sort of clutch, gear reducer or pulley setup that can adjust speed without messing with engine rpm or swapping out pulleys, but I don't think that exists.
 
Pulleys are the way to go. General TS2021 Best Generic Work Horse Ever!
Just use a bigger Spray tip or Dual Lance wand to have Variable Pressure.
