I challenge my competition to find this damage caused by my company on any job I do.

If it's there it was existing from inferior workmanship like this.

This damage is cause by excessive use of sodium hydroxide.

I'm writing this from my phone and will start documenting each location in Arizona I see.

Also wal-Mary themselves have a large issue of violation with garden center fertilizers causing damage from over watering plants.

I will post photos when I can upload them.

Kinda like this, Ron?

And the side walks and curbs are still dirty!

They got what they paid for but also got the bonus......they paid for what they got.

Those are some good pictures of damage caused by unqualified contractor cleaners not knowing what they are doing.

They could not clean the concrete properly, they used the wrong chemical and caused permanent damage to the asphalt parking lot.

Sometimes it is not worth it to go cheap on the cleaning jobs, now they will have to live with the bad stains on the asphalt for many years, what an eyesore.

The scary thing is that is an all to common occurrence. The certification training courses will help to correct some of this I am sure, we need to continue to educate and train our customers as well.

i had a helper one time... he poured deck stripper on the road in front of the customers house. I looked just like that photo with the darkened asphalt runs. I used bleach to brighten it back and you could hardly tell. The brighter stain reminds me of oxalic acid, probably tried to brighten the concrete and did the asphalt too. Just today noticed a newer Walgreen with white runoff I figured it was cream or a lot of oxalic.

Asphalt burns aside, that is the cleanest Wendy's I've ever seen (not new construction)! Might have it been the hood cleaners? Could have come from the roof through the gutters. I've seen that problem before. Because hood cleaning is "required" they pay a hack to do it, who makes a huge mess! Because exterior cleaning isn't required, it rarely gets done here!

We do allot of Wendy's work I and I will agree about hood cleaners making a mess. Every Wendy's roof I have been on is a mess and the wall cap and drive-up canopy has grease splatter on top of it. I have been told get certified and the work is mine. Dont know if I want it or not.

How about a Walgreens? The breezway is covered in cobwebs.
