I do the whole pad when they call me to clean em.

Especially out here. There is no mildew. only gum, Stains, rust, and dirt.... lots of it lol.
Very nice work!! Gum is a pain in the butt. :shout:

Here's a Mcdonalds I do monthly. This pic was before I started service...It actually looks 10 times better now that we go regularly. Just realized I need to take recent before & afters.

Those are like the pictures of the gum around here, lots and lots but it is really baked into the concrete here so harder to get out.

Good pictures guys.
 
This is why I don't do gum...LOL. Give me a good ole fashion Roof Cleaning and House Wash anyday. :yes4: We do a lot of Concrete Cleaning but 98% of it is all Residential.

Great job Greg! That 7 Eleven looks much better without all the Nasty.

Make sure you do your research on caustic if that's what you're looking into. It can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. It can also damage aluminum & eat paint, damage asphalt, etc.

Give one of the distributors a call here on PWI, they can offer you some good degreasers if you don't want to go the caustic route.

One rule here, you'll get more responses if you fill out your signature with all your info. Click on "user cp", then signature.
 
Thanks for the info. I have never used it but i have been wanting to experiment with it.Cheaper and cuts the time in half i've heard
