For roof cleaning you can keep doing what you are doing if it works. Laundry soap would be compatible with SH so in theory sounds great. I never needed to try it. We try to keep it simple. All of those suds are going to go somewhere eventually and it is probably not going to be an environmental improvement. That's my guess.

The ((HE) formula does not suds and works great. Great sticking smells good and is cheap. Costco is a good place to buy it
