Here is a maintenance company that does on site work. Does this every 30 days.

The company also damages the cream on the concrete while attempting to remove gum with there cold water unit.

Most likely its and onsite maint company...employed by owner of PM

I like the chem tank he uses. The one on the hood of the tractor. How many gals you think that is? Very proffessinal setup. What was I thinking when I spent all that money.... Dang!

One of the worst jobs I've ever seen!!!

I didnt see all of those picutures earlier....I WOULD BE PISSED.

I would go into those business's and tell them to complain to the PM or Bldg Owner. I am sure they are not happy about it either.

Nicole, except that might be the owners tractor. oppssss

We do 100's of centers that care very much about thier apperance..

Hey didnt I see a picture of your rig once and it had a little orange tractor and wagon in it? LOL

Nice before & after shot

Hey Jeff, We just got back in town. I spoke to Chaleen and she is sending me a work order for that Location..Thanks for the lead..;)

Since I am new and have a limited budget I run only a cold water unit(for now). I would be embarrassed leaving a location looking like that.

Of course I dont know the owners or PMs situation, but thats what happens when you try to do maintenance on the cheap! If they would just spend an extra couple hundred dollars, it would greatly improve the appearance. problem is, they are just looking for the cheapest, easiest way to just get by.

When the cream coat is damaged, does it hurt the concrete in any way other than it's visual appearance?
