I received a call this morning from one of my clients and they have given me 3 job's to price along with the statement there mine for me to loss.
So one is 105,863' of concrete to be cleaned each quarter. Along with this one I will need to clean 21 double dumpster pads and 7 compactor pads.
The next one is 37,649' with 11 dumpster pads and 2 compactor pads. Then the last one is 10,900' with 3 double dumpster pads. I have looked at each one this morning and there more maintenance the any heavy cleaning. Each one will be done every quarter and we will also be on call for spot cleaning as needed. I am thinking we will give them a price of .05 a sq ft on all locations but the dumpster pads I am not 100% sure on along with the spot cleaning number. Thinking on the dumpster pads I will be $75 and on Compactor pads $125? On the spot cleaning I am thinking we can do .07 a sq ft with a $200 min? Any help from you guys would be appreciated
