Wanting to know the going rate for mcdonalds nationwide? Currently trying to get contract but guy they have is pretty low. Just wanting something to gauge price by.

Thanks,
Keith

$200-$500 plus-depends on the State and other factors. A cleaner in Alabama can't be the same price as one in California-It just depends.

Had a fellow call wanting a price to clean his McD stores. Said he had 5 of them (closest to me was 45 miles). Said his current vendor was not doing a very good job and he thought that he was paying to much!

I of course asked him how much he was currently paying. He said $250. Per system I asked. No per store he said.

My costs are to high to be able to complete doing a 3-5 system McD's for that cheap!

Years ago, 7 to be exact, we were getting $250 per hood cleaning/certifying. I can only imagine it to be around $350 now. I dont know. But at $250 it still was not worth it to me.

That is in Maryland.......

Thanks for the replies. The price I'm looking at may be a liitle lower than $250.00. Trying to decide. How long an average do you think it should take to complete a Micky D's with 3 fans (not including travel), figuring in that the hood has been cleaned every 3 months, and assuming it is fairly clean, with 2 man crew. I'm thinking 3 hours.

Hey One call! do you still do any McDonalds for 250 per hood. that seam a little high for the people I deal with.

No, we no longer do hoods. I just haven't seen the money in it with everything else we do. Too much cleanup prior to next job etc..... I think and you would probably get better info from the guys on this board that do this all the time (Bryan Exhast Service)I would think it would be profitable if this is all ya do. I dont know.

But to give ya a little insight, we get better than $150 per location just to clean outside (drivethru, concrete walkways, dumpster pad). Takes approx 2.5 hrs per location, Quarterly though.

Oh and by the way, what part of W.V. ya from. I used to own a cabin in Charlestown (not charleston) right next to Harpers Ferry.

Should have never got rid of the place.

Martinsburg, 20 minute west of Charlestown. We get $400 for 2.5 to 3 hrs work doing the hoods at a McDonalds

I dont follow, you previous post say that $250 might be a little high and your getting $150 more than we were getting back in 1987.....

How often will they be serviced? Atleast 3 times a year on heavy traffic stores!
Are you charging them a first time clean up fee?
How many are there? Where are they?
What is the turn around time for payout?

He could be shopping for prices(Window Shopper) Or maybe the current service is less than adequite?
Have you inspected any of the locations?
Go and take some pictures of the Mc Yuck and add them to your proposal. Convince them to have you clean the store that you took the pictures of. Take after photos. And Wala you have yourself a new account. Mtngoat.

One call, the previous post stated 250 per system, I assume that means per hood, most store have three hoods. Maybe I misunderstood the post.
