What did you use?I have never been able to get any results from a metal roof.

I dont like metal roof, because most manufactures say NO bleach because it messes with the screws or rivets over time. I have had some managers say NO bleach, I passed on a large project didnt want the hassle

J.C., I used a lighter house wash mix. This one was primarily mold and algae.

Jeff, on the research I did. Most mfg recommend a light chlorine solution to clean mold and algae. Dwell time needs to be less and multiple application may be needed. Now this on factory painted metal roofs. If it is unpainted galvanize or stainless, then what your saying is correct. I always rinse more than normal on these projects also.

Pass those projects to me. LOL
