I have tried it before, but without success. I will freely admit that I am not a master salesman. There seems to be some reticence to commit to something when they know that they are not necessarily going to get the amount they are paying for. I know that we have Dave Olsen who used to have an account that he did for a flat rate. I think that his justification was that since he had to travel to perform the work, he needed that much money to justify going on the project. He is retired, now, and out of the pressure washing business.
