For those who currently have a "Fleet Washing Contract in place" Do you have a clause in your contract stating a minium of vehicles per visit? IF so would you like to share your verbaige. You don't have to share your numbers. Appreciate your time and efforts.

She's real. I have talked to her by phone many times. She is a dedicated hard worker so help her out someone if you can.
 
I have tried it before, but without success. I will freely admit that I am not a master salesman. There seems to be some reticence to commit to something when they know that they are not necessarily going to get the amount they are paying for. I know that we have Dave Olsen who used to have an account that he did for a flat rate. I think that his justification was that since he had to travel to perform the work, he needed that much money to justify going on the project. He is retired, now, and out of the pressure washing business.
 
If its a job you need to bid like that the best way is just to charge a base price to wash the trucks.. You might do a couple more you might do a couple less but at least you will know what you are making.
