My final conclusion on the UAMCC-pressure washing

I do not have a free lifetime membership. Though I think we do get some free time for our services. I did not pay this year to be a member.

I'm not a stockholder. I'm not a BOD member. Honestly, I don't even think I am a moderator on the forum anymore. The only difference between the UAMCC and any other organization I belong to is the fact that I know the guys on the current management team and they are all personal friends (some before the UAMCC, some after). I also believe in it and its goals.

That's it, Tony, David, or whoever may believe I have more invested in the org than that. I'm here as me.. just me.. opinionated for better or worse. I've already mentioned I will not explain anything further about the org. That's for the UAMCC board to be answered by the management.

The post is directed towards all who were involved in the decision to not censure Don publicly for a public disgrace he put out regarding a private matter.

If you weren't a part of it all you have to do is say so.

But if you are insinuating that it didn't happen just because you didn't see it or since you didn't physically see it, it must be gossip - I think you know better than that.

I'm certain someone has a screen shot of it. It's one thing for a group to deny phone or personal conversations, but it's a little harder to deny what's been in print. Thus, the limited engagement on the boards of Carlos and the TT. (except for Jeff)

The TT is aware of his posts. Whether you were or not.

One of my suppliers makes millions each year. They have about 20 orgs on their website.

I asked the owner "what is ****** you are a member of."

He said "I don't know, I just join all the industry orgs so I don't alienate anyone".

I asked him "you give your money to an org that you don't know anything about?"

He said "everybody does it, it's just part of the game".

Maybe he is a member of your org too?

You've made it very clear that your input has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on decisions being made and that you are, in fact, completely clueless as to the goings on in the upper management of the org now.

As a member why don't you respectfully ask those in charge to kindly post a complete list of all members, separated by status (contractor or vendor)

This information isn't secret is it? If so, I'm sorry to tell you that the big vehicle stickers you guys give out might just give some of your members away.:clapping::clapping:

If I remember you guys have a public ORGasm on the forum everytime a new member is announced. Why not just make a big announcement of all the members and vendors at once and have a massive ORGasm?

It would be interesting to see who some of these HUGE contractors are and what their history is regarding extending a helping hand to other contractors in the industry.

You raise a stink about Don posting the rap sheet, it was bullchit and when I saw it on UAMCC BB, I pulled it immediately , but thats the very same night I was attacked in Private messages telling me if I dont stop the UAMCC from giving out RFP's or JITB's he would come after my business, put his sales force, he actually made calls to my customers and all you said is some BS, like I deserved it or something. I dont remember exactly what you wrote, I was actually disgusted that you saw nothing wrong with it, but it didnt surprise me. Don and Chris crap has been happening for years, tell you the truth, I don't care

All this outrage from you about it and no outrage that I was threatened with extortion from an industry leader HA HA HA HA, Like I said same old weak ass distorted crap:deadhorse:

All I want to add is to please please not associate the conversations held on the forums with any industry event. THOSE stand on their own merit - contractors, members of UAMCC, potential participants of PWNC, fans of Ron, supporters of Carlos & the TT - ALL met, networked, partied, learned and played together. There were no secret squirrel meetings to plan and execute any "bad stuff"......

Round tables don't breed disention - our industry needs them for people to meet with people. They are a far cry from everyone's keyboard personas.

Jeff, something is wrong with your thinking if you beleive that proffessionalism has any place for posting wraps sheets about other humans on the net. ( most states including Florida have Laws agaist this) intimidation using a public document is a felony in most states. any public document, just because its public information they are not for the purpose to hurt someone.

Second I never threaten you, LOL I asked you to help change this because it was wrong. I didnt like that the UAMCC had posted 276 of my locations for hacks on the net either.

Now I have change my mind, PWI will continue to post RFps every monday morning. The Uamcc will continue to e-mail mine. You guys are right about this its a great contractor benifit.

The more the better it is, E-mail RFps away.​

You want unprofessional, Pain killers F U, I dont do pain killers you jack off, I don't do any drugs except I do a couple xanex when I public speak and I ONLY have done them to speak at your fricking RT's. Jeff, I didnt even take a drink at Myrtle Beach much less drugs. I have actually stopped drinking Jeff. Truthfully since the roundtables my drinking got heavy hanging out with guys like you. If you noticed in Flroida i didnt go out the second night. I didnt even go to the boat house at night or any place else.

I can have fun without drinking, it was actually fun watching others make fools of themselves.

I surpirzed alot of people, please don't accuse me of being a drug addict. I didnt realize you take anti depresent meds. Sorry for the mistake, my apology to you for confusing it. I thought you took them from your accident from the past. I was wrong and I'm sorry for that.

If your posts have been moved, let me know. They should not be hard deleted, and I can restore them. I know that it has never been me that has removed posts from you. I have moved a few, because someone was making a perfect a** of themselves, but right now, I am avoiding moving anything, for fear of being accused of moving posts supporting the UAMCC.

They really should have a contractor listing, so that a potential customer will know who to contact. Right now, I don't see that happening, which is something that makes me stop and say, hmm.

Funny thing, everyone knew he was not a PWNA member, except Ken. I know that I did, and I know that Ron did. So the question is, why didn't Ken know? By the way, I was never a member of the PWNA.

As for "men of God" being judgmental, I would think that being a cop, you would be able to spot someone that was being untruthful to you, or at least, make an effort to see why someone feels the way that they do. I try very hard to not be judgmental. I have friends from all walks of life, and know how swiftly a tide can turn, either way. It is obvious that you did not, and will not hear the things I heard, or have the experiences that I had, to form the opinion that I formed.

I would not trust an employee that I do not know with an open credit card. I would not trust someone convicted of fraud with my personal finances, and I would not trust a child molester with my 11 year old daughter. Those actions are just not prudent. I also would avoid associating with that type of person, because I would not want to risk ruining my reputation by virtue of the acts of another, that I have no control over. *Note, I am using these are examples. I am not saying anyone on the UAMCC Transition team has been associated with these types of crimes or any of these crimes. I am just using them as an example.

What just slays me is that people that do not live anywhere near Ron, are scared to death of him, fearing that he might come to the East coast, and take over or undercutting their businesses, all the while claiming that if they are running their businesses the way they should be run, that they would have no worries. Here I am, in the same market, and Ron has not ever gotten one of my accounts away from me. I have gotten one of his, and he knew it, but he also knew the circumstances that I got it under, and gave me some tips on how to do the account. Granted, it was not a huge account for either one of us, about $24,000 a year, but still, I would consider that unusual from any contractor.

Hey Ron - That's because once you're at the top, there's nowhere to go but down :)

Many folks should actually think about that, be it the best contractor, the best website, the best org. Nothing or no one stays "THE" best forever.
