Myself, Dan & Scott had Mexican yesterday,

After several months of conversation by way of AOL instant messenger with Ron I finally was able to be in Phoenix. From my hotel room in Glendale we made arrangements to meet at a predetermined location. Of course, being the stranger in town I was totally lost and ended up right downtown Phoenix at lunch hour. Here I was standing downtown Phoenix, Arizona on a street corner with my camera over my shoulder looking like a typical tourist.

we kept in touch with cellular phones until they found me. I got into this truck with two total strangers (Ron and Scott). Actually, I was abducted and forced to go downtown Phoenix to a authentic Mexican restaurant and buy them lunch.

we had a great lunch along with some good conversation and then I was returned to my vehicle because I only had one-hour on the parking meter. I really had a good time even though they forced me to buy lunch. I had no choice, either spring for lunch or walk back and try to remember where my pickup truck was parked.

seriously, I think lunch was great for everyone at least it was on my part. Sorry that it could not have lasted longer......Dan

So two locals abducted you and all they wanted was a "free" lunch, you should be so lucky.

I hear say some of those guys down there driving around in pickup trucks can be pretty mean to deal with, here say they take most everything you got too.

I did notice on another post one of those abductees offered to pick up the tab next time you working on the corner, might as well go for the Prime Rib or Lobster and make "HIM" pay you well for your hour of work.

Just wondering where both of them shabby dressed or did one of them seem to be the none working type, you know nice clothes, clean shoes, hands really clean, etc.?
