Need help find out about water reclaiming system

I was want some advice of what all is needed for water reclaiming. Right now I have a 16ft trailer with a delco hot water 3500 psi @ 4.6 gallon per min with 525 gallon tank and hose reel and 250 ft hose. I do fleet, concrete, heavy machine for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, and a little residentail work.
 
Explain more about what you have in mind? Do you want Full Recovery or Sewer Discharge. What is your plan with the old water?
 
Need to be able to run full recovery. I know I am going to have to build tarps to go up the rail equiment. Some of the stuff I clean is on the railroad track.
 
If money is no object, go to Latimat. They actually have tarps designed for rail cars. It will probably cost some serious coin to buy them. It used to be www.latimat.com Full recovery will probably require another tank. I would figure out a way to filter and reuse the water if I could, because I would bet you are washing in the middle of nowhere.
