Need help, installing pressure seal.

It'll go in. Get one edge started and tuck it in with a small flat blade screwdriver as you go.

Pump Seal install

If you still have the Low-pressure seal-retainers out..
pack grease around the o-ring around the seal retainer to keep it from drying out.
add a little grease to the tip of the plunger before sliding the head back on,
make sure you only use your hands to get it slid on. (No hammer, but maybe a small rubber mallet can help.)
..watch what you're doing, or you could break a ceramic.
Also.. Put a little anti-seize compound on the threads of the head-bolts,
and make sure the "serrated" lock-washers are in place on those bolts.
..and tighten the bolts EVENLY.. in the alternating top & bottom, from inside-out "torque pattern".
..an yes, you should use a torque wrench the first few times you torque head bolts,
because the aluminum threads in the pump as so soft.

Meticulous work always achieves longer-term-lower cost.
Learn it, or delegate it.

I like to use the thinnest butter knife I can find, and then return it to the kitchen when done!

actually, the butter knife is a good choice where needed, because of the smooth edges.
U-cups are a little thicker than V-packings.
..just clean it nice, before putting I back in the drawer. LOL
