Need some ideas

I have just received a name and email of a facility maintenance manager for several stores in my area. No phone number or address. Was told he does not want people to be calling him.. How would you guys go about this. Would you make a flyer and email it to him? Email him a letter? How long would you wait after the first email to send him something new?? Do not want to be bugging him but don't want him to forget about me.

Any help on this would be great..

That's odd that he doesn't want to be contacted by phone if he contacted you in the first place.

I would send an email responding to his inquiry, but keep it short and simple. Most people do not want to take all the time to read through a long email. Let him know that all your details are attached, a flier, price list (if you have one), and any other detailed info about your company.

Ask in the email if he can give his address so you can send him a detailed packet, and of course he can call you anytime (from his blocked id, haha).

I would check back in a week, and then a month after if still no response.

My philosphy is to follow up with them until "they buy or die". I n other words I don't feel bad about contacting them until they ask me to stop or ask me to do work for them.

Right now you do not have any work from them so what do you have to lose by contacting them?

I would walk right in his office and introduce myself! He is a human being just like you and I! What are you afraid of losing the job? Im sure you lost jobs before, so get after it!! Im very agressive so thats just my 2 cents.

Since you don't have an address I'd send an email with an introductory letter with a few bold before and after photos. Don't just say who are and what you do.

Tell him what types of problems you can solve for him. How are you gonna make his job easier or make him look better. It's about him.

That being said most big companies block a lot of emails. I'm guessing he'd never get it. Get a phone number and ask for permission to email him. Like Goldstone says I call on them until they buy or they tell me to beat it. You can't be thin skinned in business.
