New construction

Hello everyone,
I have a question on a new construction house that I have to do an estimate on. It is brick house with stone around the widows and doors. I am not sure what the stone is made out of. I am going to use muriatic acid on the brick around the bottom of the house to remove the mud (red clay) . Does anyone know if I can use the muriatic acid on the stone or should I use something else? I do not want to mess the stone up; also I have a lot of windows that I have to worry about getting what ever chemical I use on them. Also what would be a good sq foot price? I would usually go about .10 a square but it is a rather clean house. Any questions that I can answer just let me know.
Thank you for the help.

I won't respond on price as we are in different areas. What are you going to use ( lift/staging) to get to the top without getting acid in your face and on the windows????

I don't think workers comp would have been happy with me that day, no harness.

Our preference would be NMD80 for the entire project. Not throwing out our price for a custom home like that but suffice it to say, .10.sq wouldn't even get me out of bed.

We wouldn't need any lifts or ladders for that job.

The NMD80 can you get that on the windows? What I am asking is do they need to be covered or will wetting them done be good enough. I read on the web site that it is usually not affected by NMD80, but what would you suggest?
The house is 4600 sq the only stone is in the front, I did not see any mortar tags, only dirt on the stone and about 1-2 ft up along the bottom of the house. How much product would you suggest to have on hand? The back side is has no brick so it will be only three sides.

As always thank for the replies.

We have never damaged anything with NMD80 - with that said, we also don't "test" the theory that you can spray it right on the glass :) We prewet all glass & fixtures - no big deal. You will want to pay close attention to that wood railing - looks to be ipe or an already finished wood and an acid may change the color noticeably.

Check the coverage rate - it should be pretty accurate with a little removal as you are indicating.
