I would have concerns about heavily soilded concrete and the btu capacity but I think you could probably make some changes.

I had the drivable "mini Van" type cyclone demoed for me in Minneapolis two years ago. Not impressed with the cleaning as well as the multiple problems clogging in the system. And all for a mere 100K. I think all of all of them I like the swabby the most, still to much investment not having sold commitment for work. No use except for parking ramps

They had one at Charleston. When they finally got it running it stripped the concrete and was way to heavy to be pushing around for any amount of time. Not very impressive.
