Hello everyone my name is Wade and I am a newbie from the Quad Cities(IL side). A friend of mine needed money and had a Karcher pressure washer ( http://www.homedepot.com/p/Karcher-...ure-Washer-G-4000-OH/203052243#specifications ), 200ft of hose, 2 reels, a turbo nozle, a 275gal tank, and 2 55gal plastic drums that I bought from him for $450. I know the pressure washer I have now is not ideal but I will upgrade as soon as I can. I currently work as a CNC field service tech so I would like to get into pressure washing on the weekends until I can meet my current salary then go at it full time (I hate traveling and being away from my family). This place has a TON of knowledge so for now I plan on keeping my mouth shut, eyes open, and wearing out the search function.

JBurd, I would like to start off with residentail until I build up some cash to get a better/bigger rig. I have two close family friends, one that builds houses and one that does concrete work and I have spoke with both about what I can do for them and future oportunities. My friend that builds houses is always in need of someone to wash tire marks from driveways and do a quick rinse of the house so I think that is where I would like to get my feet wet first(pun intended). BUT before I charge people for work I want to make sure I have all my bases covered knowledge wise.
