Hello...my name is Luis , I live in Colombia South America...I work with bacteria ,grease traps and pipe jetting on restaurants and food plants,I am looking forward to increase work,
cleaning .....restaurant kitchen hoods...it looks there is a good place in the market for me,and I have the presure washers. The thing is that I need some field training..Not a school,because i don't need a certificate
to work in my country...If there is any body that can give me some advice ..It will be very helpful for me....I am also flying to California(Sta Cruz) the begining of October.
I am happy to be in this forum...so I can lern alot of things

Welcome Luis, I'm a newbie to the form as well. I don't do any kitchen hood cleaning but I know there are a lot of people on here that do. Start searching and you will find what your looking for, there is endless information to be learned at PWI
 
Welcome to the site, there is a lot of great information here.

I am not sure if there is one company that can show you everything you want to see but individual companies can probably show you everything you want to see, just will take several companies several days or nites to show you what you want to see.
