Safe Restore is a good product and is versatile too. F9 BARC is a completely different product in terms of what's in it, and this is proprietary. F9 is specifically formulated to address virtually all rust issues and at the same time can reverse orange staining deep within the concrete. Other HCL based product usually strip off a small amount of concrete and take the stain with it. If your rust is more deeply embedded into the substrate or you have concrete that is burned orange by sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, then F9 is a product that can handle this.
F9 will not harm the plants, grass and foliage. It is more efficient removing all types of rust and gives more consistent results than anything else that we know of.

How about doing a side by side comparison with F9 BARC and One Restore Craig? Maybe make a video of the demonstration and the benefits of using F9 BARC versus One Restore?
I personally know that F9 works better on rust than One Restore.

Hey Craig,
I have been using One Restore but i did my neighbors house the other day (freebee) and he had rust spots
All over his lime steps and his neighbors walkway. He was using steel wool to get the rust off his railings and i guess the small shards of steel wool was left on his steps and rusted them. I tried hot water and pressure, when that failed to wrk i tried the One Restore and i was supprised that it did not work as well. So i would like to apply your product and see if it works
