Rock on Big Dave. Awesome deal Russ, I hope to have some like that soon, we are just starting to use additional sales people aside from referral commissions and my wife and myself as sales people. Maybe you can give me some tips if we meet at a roundtable??
 
Do you pay Big Dave by the sales or salary?
 
Good question Chris!! Tell us how you find a good salesman that knows about washing.

Thats my fear. If I hire a salesman, how effective can they be if they haven't ever done P/W?

Exactly Kory I think too offten people in our industry get tide up in the features of pressure washing instead of the benefits.

a PM doesn't care about caustic, a big guy or 3500 psi vs 400 psi they care about that cool scrubber you got and can you get all my gum up...

Dave has been running a vacuum cleaner sales and repair shop since he graduated from college, the business on the gulf front is really down since 90 percent of what he does involves contractors that do janitoral work at condos and hotels.

He ahd I are friends now but I have known his wife since the 1st grade, he is an awesome guy.

After the first sale he said he wanted to go out to do the first station and get some hands on experiance because he wanted to know exactly what he was selling. He is going on some roof cleaning and building washes this weekend as well.
