Ive been a general contractor for several years and recently added PW as a component. For along time i gave these jobs away to my crews and only got involved several months ago when a Property Management Manager asked me to bid on a job cleaning sidewalks and a pool area. Started doing research and decided to create a seperate company (Riverside PWS)

Im doing good right out of the gate as i landed a 300 vehicle fleet account and some property management stuff..Im in front of a lot of people with my Gen Contracting so im hoping to add all this on.

i have a trailer setup- 3500psi/6gpm dual wand/hot water/21" mosmatic surface cleaner w a portable dual pump vac system i got new from BCE in Georgia. Those guys were great to deal with and very fairly priced.
