These were installed in a warehouse that was built in 2008 but never rented. So the heaters were never fired. Last month we finished remodeling the building into office space and pulled them out.
They're set up to run on natural gas but can be converted to propane.
I have one 75,000 BTU unit left - Model UDAP 75.
