New to the Business

I am new to the pressure washing business and have lots of questions. i have read up on alot of websites about doing this job and plan on attending a PW school as soon as I can. But my biggest frustration is what are the better chemicals to use for different applications. I am seeking to do residential areas so all of the general stuff as Driveways, roofs, brick, stucco, fences, gutters and Etc. Also gonna give it a go at the commercial side of things there are very few PW Companies in my near area so there is opportunity to do large parking lots, gas stations, and store fronts. I have talked to a few owners of gas stations and they say they are getting the parking lots done for around $200. to me this seems low. Can anyone also provide me with some estimating advice on jobs, and maybe some going rates for my area. I live near Houston, Texas in a little town called Baytown. I greatly appreciate all the help in advance.
