New Trailer

We are rebuilding our reclaim system. The trailer we had it on was to small and light. We bought a 18' 15,000 gvw trailer. We sat everything on it the other day and wanted to think about over the weekend. We have everything in a good order but am not sure about all the heavy stuff being on the front. There will be another hose reel stacked on the back and the blue filter rack will have all 4 filters in it. That is not much more weight on the back.
What do you guys think about the layout?

It looks like you have a hot water rig, cold water rig with a hot box, a generator and a vacuum system all in front of the front trailer tires, if i was guessing, I would guess that equipment weighs about 2500 to 3000 pounds, I would be concerned about the tongue weight since it is not a gooseneck trailer, that is a lot of weight going onto the ball hitch.

It is hard to tell but it looks like the water tank might be just a little bit closer to the front of the trailer instead of over both axles or a little to the back some, hard to tell with that angle.

I think you have too much weight on the front of the trailer, even if the water tank is full and the trailer is that much heavier, it just adds a little bit more to the tongue weight with the other stuff there.

I agree with what Chris is saying, I think you have too much weight on the front of the trailer. Personally, I would move at least some of the reclaim equipment to the front of the trailer and put at least 1 of the machines over the axles or towards the rear of the trailer.
