This is a brand new pump. I have had it about a month and just mounted it to a skid plate. I assembled the skid at my inlaws shop and brought it home to mine and thats when I noticed it. It looks like its leaking between the pump body and the head of the pump. Not sure why yet. I am going to take it off hopefully tomorrow and take a look. Is there a gasket or an oring between the body and pump. Not sure where else it could be leaking but thats what it looks like to me at this point. Dissappointed in it leaking when it hasn't even been run yet.
 
There are seals on the piston rods where they come through the front of the crankcase. Could be one got in wrong or has a bad lip surface. It would definitely be a warranty fix.
 
Sprayed it down with some cleaner today and wipe it down. Couldn't tell where it started leaking. I did spin the shaft to see if it started to push oil out but nothing. It did look wet around the plungers underneath. I am going to put in a call on Monday about it and go from there.
