Here's a few roofs we have cleaned the past couple weeks. They were all cleaned using the Confident Concoction. Its basically the Apple Sauce, just with a better name. :D.

That looks awesome Scott: Would you mind if I called you, to ask some questions. I'm new to PWI just starting out and would like to learn more about the low pressure chems, equipment and procedures would really appreciate any help you could give. Thanks D.Hulbert

If so give me a time when it would trouble you the least.

Nice Work Scott.
Looks like the Sauce is cleaning good!
I am proud of you :)

The sauce cleans great. I just ran into a huge problem though. The alcohol in it dried out the rollers in the Bandit and they started breaking up! I started getting chunks of rollers clogging my tips. Now I had to spend $250 on a new pump, but hey, maybe it will keep others from having it happen. I talked to Bob at PT, and Im gonna switch back to TSP, but strain it first to keep it from clumping up.

WHOA WHOA WHOA, find out WHAT rollers Bob is using in the Bandit.
Are they NYLON, POLY, Or Teflon, etc.
The Alcohol percentage in Apple Cider is VERY LOW.
It is highly unlikely they caused the rollers to fail.
We will consult the chemical comparability charts, but we are talking one percent Alcohol here.
I will come back to this thread, and publish some compatability charts.

Here is the charts for alcohol compatable

I get everything off of the website and word of mouth. I have gotten 1 or 2 off of the trailer sign, but thats it.

I googled "roof cleaning dallas" and didnt come up with any roof cleaning companies, including you. Are you the only one? I didnt even find you in the adwords. You need to work on getting your page rank up, backlinks, youtube videos with links to them, etc... I checked your backlinks, and I only found Your website, apples website, and this BBS. Also get adwords untill your website is #1 or #2. We were paying $500/month to be #1 every single time, because we werent on the first page of the google search. $500/month seems like a lot, but when it generates $10k, its more than worth it. Now we're #1 or 2 when you google anything abou roof cleaning + houston.

Im working on a pamphlet with little tricks and tips to optimize with google that I have learned from some people, and some things that i've figured out myself. If you need any specific advise let me know and ill be more than happy to help ou out. I dont think Apple would mind helping either. :)

WOW your right you are number 1 on Google - I have a first page rank on Yahoo - I guess it is adworks for Google?
Will look into it - funny though the job I did today was from a Google search????

Ok, so I got my new pump in from Bob, and disassembled the old one and this is what I found. It looks like the pump was damaged from the factory. If you look at the pictures you will see that there is a chunk of metal missing near the roller that was destroyed. I spoke with Bob today, and we came to the conclusion this could not have been because of the Cider, and therefore will be a Warranty issue. Ill keep you updated on the outcome.
