That looks good. It has the two items I've been told by a high priced labor lawyer that must be included.

1. Specific and reasonable geographic area.
2. Specific and reasonable time period.

I also like the way he covered the "confidential information". Even if you don't think you need this now you should download and save. You may change your mind.
