Thanks to Amen for the referral. This was a steep A frame on the front of the house. The customer was very happy with the final product. We had to sneak this one in last week between all the rain. I am looking forward to the referrals that will come from that neighborhood!

Good job Kory. That definetly is a steep one. Did you shoot from a ladder. Doesn't look to walkable from the front unless there was a way to the peaks from the back. Keep up the good work. I hope you get the referals.

I sent a couple in East Lake Woodlands to Larry this week.
Busy Busy Busy, did a 1200.00 tile today in Dana Shores, in Tampa.
Got a Church tommorow Kory.
Commercial Roof Cleaning Sun City Center Time :)
Larry is gonna grace us with his prescence because he has some pressure washing in Sun City to do tommorow.

Hey Kory, those Pavers we forgot in my truck are history.
My helper Kevin tossed em, sorry :(

Chris the Pressure Washing job I've got is in Ruskin not Sun City. Still only 10 min from you. I've got another one to do now also. Next door neighbor. Shouldn't be to long though. Both are just vinyl house washes and concrete drives and walks. Gonna be up there by 9 am. Should see you around noon. Taking the wife with me. Ahh! 2nd thought, Maybe I'll be there by 2pm. LOL j/k:)

Wish you could send a couple our way, We've been slow as #&@% lately. Cant seem to drum business up for some reason. I doubt Eduardo is gonna help matters.

Trust me, Hurricanes and Tropicals SUCK for work :(
People are pre occupied about gloom and doom, wondering if they will even HAVE a roof.
ONLY good thing is the rain, making work for next year.

I was also referred to .....we'll just call her Mrs. M ;) .
She called me back and was ready to go but realized that I was not you.... again!:)
I actually told her that I was sure that you would do a fine job for her considering the price that you quoted her....LOL!! JK!!:p
I know that my price for JUST the roof was $175.00 more than your whole package price.
I just hope it was still worth it! It sure seemed like alot of work for that price.
Don't get me wrong , but I do believe their was some $ left on the table.....:D
 
Maybe a little but she was shopping around. So i made sure i locked it down. two guys it only took about 4hrs so I still made out like a champ. K.J. I found out after i gave her a price you did as well but she had a lower price than mine already. She liked my personality and referances. So she went with me. That roof was a lot easier than it looked.

Yep, the people there are the ultimate shoppers. Years ago, a couple of local companies have ruined most of that subdivision and now they expect everyone to lowball each other...I did shoot high on that one as it would have been multiple set-ups, extra chem, alot of protecting the ivy and fragile landscaping, a groundman, etc. It's not that it was a hard one to clean but I know what a roof like that should yield in that area. I just did one in there, in fact it is the 2nd to last home as you are leaving the circle. It had been pressure washed several times in the past and would not stay clean.( Imagine that huh!?)
That customer was ready for the professional difference and was more than willing to pay for it.
Don't get me wrong, you still got good money for it tho.
