Here are some Photos of the Sludge you should expect from cleaning a parking garage. This is a small amount of sludge... about 50 gallons.
This is what we get out from 1 to 2 levels of a parking garage. If you are getting less than 15 to 25 Gallons per floor, then you are leaving the difference in the concrete.... unless the surface was not that dirty in the beginning.
For this reason, you need a big filtration unit for the Cleaning of a Parking Garage. A filtration unit that can handle about 200 to 400 Gallons of sludge. DO NOT try to clean a extremely oily garage with a 30 gallon capacity filtration unit. You will be sorry.
This is why the EPA is cracking down here in California.
