Any suggestions on how to get this driveway as clean as possible. The stains are really old. Working with a 4gpm 4000psi hot water unit.

Edgar, I am assuming the HOA is getting on the Home Owners about these stains. I do a lot of these. You need to treat them with a good enzymne/microbe based cleaning product first. Paul at http://shop.powerwashstore.com/BT200-1-Gallon-BT200-1.htm sells a good one. You will need to treat the stains and let sit for 45 minutes to an hour, and then remove using HOT water. Once done, retreat with the product and leave it. This, along with the SUN and heat here in Houston will help to get rid of the shadow.

Using Hot water alone will get the surface part of the stain to lighten a bit, but the oil in the pores of the concrete will eventually seep back up to the surface.

Find out from if you customer if this oil is Synthetic Oil. Most people that have leaky cars do not use synthetic oil, but you never know. There is a different process for removing synthetic oil stains.

Fell free to call me if I can help you.

Thanks I'll give it a try. Is this a product specific to the power wash store or can I get it locally. I just don't know how long shipping will take.
