? on shureflow wand

[Pressure Washing Sidewalks]

Recently purchased new shureflow pump,wand,tank,hose etc. Hooked everything up and the pump is constantly cycling on-off. The manual states that if it does this the wand is not big enough if you take the nozzle off the end the pump works fine. What brand wands are you using on the shureflow pumps and where did you get them from? The pump is 3.2gpm 45psi 100ft 3/8 hose. THANKS FOR THE REPLYS!

Check if your pump has the auto on off. This means that when no pressure or spray is let out, it will pump until all lines fill with water. Once released(sprayin begins), it will start going again. Check and make sure everything is sealed tightly.

Jeff, There is a set screw at the end of the pump to adjust the flow cycle. You can adjust it with an allen wrench. I have the same pump with the same size and lenght hose. This should take care of the problem.
