OSHA's coming out with me!

This is my top guy and took him and a helper 4 hours. They had worked all night then drove 2 hours from their last job to wait for a plane to pick them up and take them to an island. When the plane there there was nobody waiting to drive them to the site which was about 3 miles away so they waited some more until a guy drove buy that was nice enough to haul them and their stuff out to the site. They were not allowed to bring any chemical on the plane and only 2 bins worth of equipment. He was not a happy camper.
 
What ever hapened with OSHA? Isn't that what this thread is about?
