Paint on sidewalk and concrete porch

I looked at a job today that someone had painted the concrete walk and porch. The paint is flaking in some spots but mostly seems adhered rathe well. Customer wants it off and severe pressure isnt the solution. I am thinking of using lightly sprayed graffiti remover to break it down for easier wash off? Any suggestions or experience with this type of situation? Customer did some removal with a residential washer on the walk but it came off slow obviously with that type of unit. I will do a test with washer but would like to be prepared with some sort of chem to help breakdown the paint if needed. Thoughts?? I have found some research online talking about using an acid but my experience says use an alkaline / caustic to break down the paint not an acid??

Make sure you document the areas the customer tried himself and agree that you not responsible for any underlying damage he may have caused.

you really need to find out exactly what it is that's on the concrete in order to find out what to use to remove it, but I have a feeling its Going to be tough to remove no matter what you use.

If the concrete was dirty when they applied it you may get lucky with hot water and pressure. I would use a water base stripper on the surface let it dwell and keep it from drying and it should come right off. Some areas may require a 2nd or 3rd coat but it should come off.
