I am looking at a storefront that was just painted and it rained before the paint dried. Now there is a coloring from the paint on the sidewalk where the runoff got on it. We have already contacted the paint manufacturer to see if they might offer any advice.
I might try a grafitti remover on it.
The paint was a dark red, so I think that it might use Iron oxide(rust) for the pigment. I am just waiting to hear from Bher to see what is in this paint.
