paint stripper for concrete

Is there any good products to strip paint off of a concrete patio? I have a patio and porch that were painted less than two years ago. The home builder never sealed the concrete. When pressure washing the painted began flaking off. So we have decided to strip it and stain it. But there are spots that I can not get the paint to come off. So I want to use a stripper to take the paint off before sealing it.

Jason - what have you tried at this point? Do you know what kind of paint it is?

Yup... Works like a champ..
Worth every penny and more..
We have used it on brick and wood with equally excellent results, no reason to think that concrete would be any different.
The key is dwell time. You MUST allow the chem to work.

Remember the commercial some years ago with the touchless tire shine and the guy seemed like he was going to pop becasue he wasn't supposed to rub the tires? Same thing.. Put it on and GO AWAY..
Allow it to dwell and then come wash off later. To rinse, we used low pressure and warm water on the brick, low pressure & cold water on the wood.. no difference in performance.

I should have taken wood pics, but hindsight is 20/20.. It is safe to say that the wood looked just like the bricks in the following link. Follow the buttons to see before, during, and after shots.

Good luck and happy washing!
