We cleaned the parking lot at this Hampton Inns and Suites last week. We had bid the building wash for them back in the fall and they called us back this spring to look at the parking lot.
It was just a hair over 40k sq ft which I know isn't alot for some of you but it was our first taste of a large scale concrete cleaning... and I liked it. We've done some fairly large building washes and this seemed to run just as smoothly. It took around 35 hours with one hot water machine running a big guy and 2 coldwater machines doing the curbs and rinsing.
We also cleaned their entry ways, canopy, and dumpster pad.
