paver sealers

I have sealed pavers for nearly 20 years.I think I've tried nearly every brand and base type (xylene-water) I settled on using a PPG product.I could get an HONEST 4 yr. longivity thru my procedure. All you Florida guys know the gov. have been trying to ban xylene for the last 15 yrs. A year and a half ago you could'nt evan get a xylene product. All suppliers turned us to water-based sealers and promised the world. They Failed miserably.Xylene was brought back but it's NOT the same product.I use my same procedures and I'm getting crap results.I cornered a sales rep. and he admitted the products were reformulated.I've noticed in the last year ANY pavers sealed in this area are milking out.Has anybody found anything that works?I'm experimenting with a soloxthane product at present. To early to tell. They ALL look good short term.

I use a xylene based product called Cobble coat with good results as long as the pavers are dried 48 hours after washing.

I know Cobble Coat.I used it 10 plus years ago.I used it side by side with PPG.I noticed it turned abit umber in 6 mos.and got about 2 years of service.Do they still make it in Boca? And hopefully haven't changed the formulation?

same formula it's made in Pompano beach alittle south of Boca

Kory How long have you been using this product? Do you have any jobs that you have monitored for 6 mos.-2 yrs.? Thanks
