Payment problems

I'm not sure where to post this and I apologize if I posted it in the wrong place*

SpringwiseFm is a company that is mostly in Indiana and surrounding states. They dont have much work here in Las Vegas. But they got an account out here with a Grocery store and wanted us to do work for them. We went through the normal routine on insurance, contract, etc.. Except one thing that took us back was the fact that the guy that contacted us to do work for this company bad mouthed the other company they were competing against. So long story short, they are very bad at customer service you are lucky to get anyone on the phone or get back to you. We clean a grocery store for them weekly, this is our 4th Month of business with them and we have only been paid for one month. We started work with them in March it is now July( at the end of July will make 5 months). I am writing this so that if anyone is contacted by this company I would use caution or not deal with them at all.
If anyone deals with his company and has any suggestions to get a hold of someone and help resolve some of my issues I would be very grateful. If you are with this company and read this and would like to contact me my email is vegaspw.jill@gmail.com
Until then like I said I wouldn't work with this company.
 
I remember bidding some stores for this company. They said my prices were triple than any other company they had bids from. Plus they didn't like the fact that I was going to charge them a additional $40 per store to go back when the store was open to have their paperwork signed.

I would give them a 30 day notice that you are going to suspend service if payment isn't received in full and then give a copy of the letter to the store manager to forward onto his district manager. I bet you get paid. You might loose the account at the same time but no one likes to wait 90 or 120 days for money.

That is a shame that they are jerking you around, that sucks!

Depending on how much money it is, might look into the country courthouse and see how much it would cost to put a lien on the property and on the mgt. company if you can and if it does not cost too much. If this can be done affordably, it will catch the attention of the owner and managers of everyone involved and they cannot sell the property until this is paid, here in Texas you can have a lien active for about 18 years, then you can file again and keep it on hold from selling if you want to but in the end they have to pay and take care of the liens before it can be sold, that is here in Texas.

Maybe they will pay you what they owe and the additional court expenses and other fees of your time and effort to get this handled if it is done.

I am sure Ron has some great advice for you once he sees this.
 
Finally got a hold of them today. They apologized again they said we are the only company they have that does power washing for them and that they got paid and they are sending out the check and that we should get it within the week. She said she was going to fix everything. Im gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and ride it out for just a little bit longer and see how it goes. But it took me calling them not them saying oh we have two invoice that are past due lets call the number on it and find out what going on? I dont know will see thank you all for your advice and I will be using it if they get behind again, but if they are true to their word they will fix what ever so called problem they have. If I dont have any more problems I will post here about it.
