As allways! Our company is in.

Ron,
As I told you the other day on I support any efforts that will help our industry.

Food for thought:
For the coalition to be success it must be more than just us contractor yelling a screaming. We will need to be organized and focused with clear objectives.
1. To present our case to the AHJ, you will need to get test results of the washed water tested and verified by a 3rd party
2. Has any effort or thought been put forth as to how to fund the activities of the coalition
3. Who will be the lead contact for comunication with all the different governmental entities
4. Has there been an overall outline drawn up of how the coalition will function

Looking forward to seeing the updates as the coalition moves

Nce has been working with the water athoritys and educators as you saw in sc. We will have professional like we are mobile cleaners assisting us. This group will also have enviro attorneys to fight for coalition rights to practice lawfully and legally.

My life I have spent practicing safe and effectively. Using no reclaim and using it when necessary.

Staying away from violating the cwa should and will be this industry first defense. Second responsible best practices. Third full reclaim and pretreatment facility.

Contractors will need education and they will need to understand the laws.

This coalition will give them the information needed to make them as individuals make decisions about there own business. Knowledge is and will be a key focus of how to assist this in there own backyards.

We do not need or want anymore ga Houston or any other focus on we are the problem. We want the world to know we are the solution.

We will need funding. I am not the smartest person but I am smart enough to surround myself with smarter people that specialize in certain areas and fields. I have at least 2 people that I should be able to get to write and request grants.

This is a brick wall we are facing. we will have a few options to get threw it. But it will be a lot more complicated than a simple I'm in. Everyone will need to do there home work and research. Every major city has a EPA office that you can contact to find out what the current bmp's are. We need to compile and compair these bmp's. We also need to prove that these cities are not fallowing there own practices. Kind of like the time I watched the county pressure wash a 4 lane bridge over a us waterway.

Count me in if you haven't already.
