This crazy Italian guy named aran about two years ago on Dan Flynns BBS suggested you use Popcorn. Strap your business card to a bag of microwave popcorn and deliver it to the property managers.

We had been trying to get a meeting with a manager that flat turned us down a couple times. We left calendar and cup pens and all kinds of crap.
We never got past the receptionist until the popcorn started cooking, ļ
The next phone call was from a property manager next to this other one. She was telling us to go measure some of her centers. She had smelled the Popcorn and wanted some.While sharing the popcorn with our lead she had said that we agreed we were not bringing this in anymore. The lady’s were on a diet…..the other preceded to tell her that she had kept her promise and that it was This Guy named Big Trace from pro-powerwash.
The women quickly said I need a pressure washing company. She asked if we were any good. The women said I don’t know but they have been bothering me for about 6 months.
Anyway the other women gave her the card strapped to the empty bag and said I have ten or fifty other things with there number, call them and let me know how they are.
That was two months ago and currently we are servicing about 4 centers for this group. They have about 25 centers.
