i am in the process of plumbing my diaphragm pumps and was was going to have a garden hose attachment available to run water through the pumps to clean out after use. it made me think that with garden hose pressure supplying a diaphragm pump will that also increase the output? is there a potential to damage the pumps? the diaphragm pumps i am talking about are the 5gpm and 7gpm delevans.

thanks all,
