Pressure washing a painted driveway

I could not find any discussions on this and wonder if anyone has had any issues pressure washing a painted driveway. Any special techniques, precautions, chems, etc.. My limited experience is that they clean fast and easy with just water and using a surface cleaner is fine.

I ask because I recently had someone express concern. The paint seems fine except in one part where I wonder if they painted over an oil stain and the paint is now gone. Other than that I figure the owners drive on it regularly and it is holding up just fine.

I always low grade soap and low pressure wand off. Had too many of them come apart under my surface cleaner. Homeowner is always advised a maintenance recoat is recommended on a 2-3 year schedule and we disclaimer against any chipping, but it still suck to blow it up so we go low on them, there real easy to rinse, unfortunately we dont get many that are younger than 2 years. Do you offer driveway painting, good money in it if you can sell it properly, we got a ton of painters down here doing them for way cheap.

I always wand them with an adjustable wand. Usually there is always one area or areas that the paint is weak or loose and may not be visible to the naked eye, so I don't like using a scubber on them. I always note that we are not responsible for failed or peeling paint to protect myself.

I have a related question...I get calls a couple times a month from various companies (usually car dealerships or repair shops or delivery companies) that have a complaint from a customer of theirs who had oil leak in their driveway from a car that the company calling me has serviced or uses for deliveries etc. I'm tired of giving them the speech about how we can remove the oils from the surface (degreaser, heat, pressure etc) but there will be a shadow blah blah blah. Ultimately the homeowner whose driveway was ruined is NEVER happy with the end result cause its never perfect. Also, I am VERY hesitant to paint a driveway. So, does anyone know of a durable, penetrating concrete stain that can hide stains (assuming they have been cleaned well)? Preferably the stain will be light colored to mimick the color of concrete.
