Hey if you are going to do concrete.. Here is an idea ,, ( Iused to do this alot when I First started out in the cleaning business) Get the phone book and find a competitor in yur field of cleaning .. If it is a concrete cleaning business ..driveover to there location early in the morning .. hide yourself and your vehicle around the corner.. When they leave ... Follow them.. When they get to there location pull over somewhere and sit back and watch them work. Notice what kind of machine they have , how long it takes them to clean , and what kind of tools they are using ie ( surface cleaners , turbo nozzzle, etc.)
Then final just as they are getting thru pull up next to there machine and pretend you are a potential customer... Ask
What kind of chemical they use ?
What Kind of Pressure ?
Also Ask do they have any other accounts around that area ?
Be Bold ( Ask them a Price per Job or Per Sq Ft )
This beats the crap out of a video or book
