Gotta look at the plus symbols, the number gets your attention but the plus adds unlimited wiggle room. Those numbers they have up mean nothing really, even though they have sq.footage listed they still added the plus symbol for the wiggle room and variables they can politely explain to the customer.

Am I mistaken. But iwas always under the impression chris that in the state of florida you nedd a state contractors license to do "any" kind of roof repairs! Even if its just gluing roof tiles back together. Big fines if you are caught.

Exactly! We also network with Realtors, construction and remodeling contractors, tree service companies, painters, pool cleaning and repair service companies etc...
