Pricing Out First Roof Job, Did Sample Area

Pricing this 1.5 story home should not be a problem to price. I was reading and I found lots of posts that were very helpful. This house has 2300 sq ft with 5 gables. 3 large one's and 2 smaller ones. Sits right on Lake Huron, Canadian side. I not sure how much more to charge for gables though... like $50.0 each or something.

The part i need help with is doing it. If someone can guide me to a how to do it post. That would be great. I used TCI 600H.D. which is 12% Chlorine Disinfectant on sample areas then allowing it to work after four minutes,I ran over that area with the 16" surface washer at mid low 900 psi. I found it a bit of a challenge but with some go over it time I got most of it. I am the only guy in this area I know of that would be doing this type of work, so I need to learn. I have a great opportunity to do so here so if any one can guide me to things to read that would be great.

One thing I have working against me is my power washer sucks. Its 3000 psi but has only 2.5 per minute water flow. I have a 100 ft power hose on it too. This lowered my pressure at the end.

Thanks and I must say that this site has been very helpful even in the sort time i have been on it.

Thanks and God Bless

Steve

this is bad eh? Was keeping the pressure way down low... and found it to be working, Slowly What do you recommend?

Don, I would really appreciate any advise you can throw my way.

Thanks

Steve

The Apple sauce will do the work for you. You dont need your pressure washer to spray the roof. You should be able to do a search of the mixture and tools you need such as a Delavan pump to do the job correctly.

or just call chris tucker....lol! He will guide you through it! But its all here if you read around the boards
