Can I get yall to give me some input on this form?

This is a proposal form that we are going to use to give unsolicited estimates to apartment and condo complexes in our area. Im going to give them a basic price for washing the siding only. Ive tried to make it clear what is and what isnt included.

I guess I need to mention payment somewheres... Disclosure area maybe.

What do yall think?

I think it looks pretty good! The only thing I might change is to refer to you Chems as "Cleaning agents", or "cleaning products". I just think the word "chemicals" gets some people nervous. IMO Good luck
 
the offer to wash the office for free should be followed by "upon acceptance of this proposal and at completion of." or something like that. Otherwise they could stick try to stick you for a free office cleaning and not hire for you anything else.

Why would you waste your time sending out unsolicited estimates??
You need to form relationships with these people! If you cant accually knock on the door and show them how you can save them money and make them look good you are wasting your efforts my friend. Sorry so blunt but this is reality.

There are alot of people here who have alot of success $$$$$$$$$ from unsolicited bids/proposals... Just saying

We have been doing this for a long time and the best sucess we have had is face to face relationships. Otherwise you are only getting in under a cheap price. Dont sell pressure washing short!! Improve your sales speach and go in and talk to the managers. Then they can put a face to your company when you call them every month! There are guys all the time sending (our) property managers this kind of thing for a third of the price we are charging. They show it to us and laugh! Then throw it away. Just saying my 2 cents.
 
The largest account that I have was gotten from an unsolicited bid. I'm sure it was a timing thing. I submitted the bid when they were unhappy with their current vendor.

I believe face to face is always best, but when you can't get in front of them you need to be innovative

Is it really much different than bulk mail? Sorta like personalized not so bulk mail. And how much time does it really waste?
