Pst...TSP secrets?

Hello folks,
I've always used TSP and bleach to prepare houses for painting, and I usually rent a gas powered PW with a siphon feed to apply my detergent and rinse.

I don't know what the typical mix ratio is, I usually just make it extra strong and do a test.

I was wondering - does anyone have a good "recipe" for say, a five gallon batch of TSP and bleach? do you add anything else, such as powdered detergent, to help rinse the bleach?

If you've got a good formula, what kind of rig do you use it with (gpm's, psi, tip size, etc?)

Thanks!

Thanks Russ,
If I may ask, "12.5% sodium hypoclorite" - is that like trisodium phosphate? For painting prep, I like the etch that TSP puts in the old finish. Does this stuff do that too? And is that Tide liquid, or powder?

tide liquid......and no sodium hypoclorite is not anything like TSP.....bleach is usually 5.5 to 6% sodium hypoclorite.....this stuff is over double the streangth of regular household bleach.....not available in stores!!!!usually it is purchased through a pool supply company...i pay around 85.00 for 55 gallons...and no it does not etch

Thanks again Russ. How long do you let this mix dwell on the surface before rinsing?
